**Job Description**

We are a leading firm of family law Solicitors, specializing in all areas of family law, including divorce & separation, child arrangements, care proceedings, matrimonial finance & property, cohabitation disputes, mediation, collaborative law, forced marriage, and domestic abuse injunctions. Our team is dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to individuals navigating these complex situations.

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our growing Childcare team in Northampton. The successful candidate will have experience in family law and a law degree and LPC qualification. They will be responsible for providing client and solicitor support, attending court hearings, drafting legal documents, and managing direct casework.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also require a passion for social justice and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

**Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional client support and attend upon clients as required
  • Draft legal documents and manage direct casework
  • Support solicitors in their daily activities

**Requirements**

  • Law degree and LPC qualification
  • Experience in family law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
