Child and Family Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of the Contextual Safeguarding/Adolescents Team, you will provide high-quality social work services to children and their families.
The salary for this role is up to £45,869 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and their families.
About the Job:You will be responsible for ensuring the Authorities' responsibilities under the Children's Act 1989 & 2004 are discharged effectively, providing high-quality social work services to children and their families.
- Your duties will include undertaking analytical single assessments within statutory timescales, which are reflective of presenting concerns and responsive to identified unmet needs and/or risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Recognized Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS or approved equivalent) and Post Qualification Diploma in Social Work, with Current registration with Social Work England.
Experience of direct work with children and families' procedures to inform practice, along with demonstrable assessment, risk assessment, and analytical skills to make clear recommendations, are also essential requirements.
