About the position:

We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker Lead to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a senior professional, you will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary assessments, formulating intervention plans, and contributing to the development of effective strategies to address complex family dynamics.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with vulnerable families, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with professionals from various backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every child has access to safe and secure care, and their contributions will directly impact their ability to reach their full potential.

This is a challenging yet rewarding career opportunity to work as part of a specialist team, undertaking critical assessments and making key recommendations for parents and children. Our ideal candidate will be based in Northampton and may need to travel across the county to provide effective support to our families.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,505 per annum, plus a recruitment welcome bonus of £6,000, relocation costs up to £8,000, and a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, Local Government Pension Scheme, and employee assistance programme.
