**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family System Therapist to join our team at NHFT. As a specialist in family-based care, you will play a vital role in providing systemic family therapy services within our Specialist Intervention Team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate professional to work with children, young people, and their families to develop and implement effective therapeutic care plans.

The successful candidate will have expertise in assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality interventions that promote positive outcomes for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide qualified systemic family therapy services, including assessment, care planning, and therapeutic intervention
  • To support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic care plans by other team members
  • To respond to crisis situations and make judgements on an individual basis involving sensitive and complex information
  • To lead on appropriate aspects of service audit and act as lead professional or care co-ordinator as required

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who can demonstrate:

  • Expertise in family-based care and systemic therapy
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
