Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with complex family dynamics and contribute to the development of our multidisciplinary team.

This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary of £43,897 to £52,454 per year, plus benefits. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Family Therapy and be registered with AFT or UKCP.

In this role, you will provide family therapy assessment and treatment services, arrange and attend family therapy meetings and workshops, and work effectively with other agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
