The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health, with experience in direct work with children, assessments, and therapeutic interventions. They will be passionate about improving outcomes for looked-after children, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a Specialist Mental Health Practitioner, you will contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality services to meet the emotional and mental health needs of children in care. You will be responsible for delivering direct mental health assessments and interventions, collaborating with colleagues to develop safety plans and reducing hospital admissions.
