Mental Health Specialist Practitioner

**About the Job**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Specialist Practitioner to join our Looked-after Children's Mental Health Team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct mental health assessments and interventions to individuals presenting with complex emotional and mental health needs. You will also work closely with social workers, foster carers, and other agencies to develop effective support plans.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of child development and attachment, and experience of working with children in care. A post-graduate qualification in a relevant therapy or intervention is essential, as well as training in mentoring or supervising students/trainees.
The estimated salary for this position is £42,490 - £51,969 per annum, depending on experience.
