The Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering high-quality care to the community. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education and Mental Health Practitioner to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions in community and educational settings.
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with education settings to promote mental health awareness and understanding.
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.

Requirements

  • A relevant CWP or EMHP qualification following CYP IAPT approved training in Evidence-Based Psychological Treatment for Children Young People.
  • Experience working with children and young people, their families, and others.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people who have social, emotional, and/or mental health difficulties.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to drive as part of their duties.
