Job Overview:

St Andrew's Healthcare is a leading mental health charity that provides a range of services to support individuals with complex mental health needs. We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team in a secure services specialist role.

In this role, you will work across two wards at Spencer House, providing occupational assessment and treatment to patients with a range of mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to develop innovative therapy ideas and work closely with a motivated and knowledgeable OT team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide occupational assessment and treatment to groups and individuals
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:
* Registered Occupational Therapist with experience in secure settings
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
