We are seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our Looked-after Children's Mental Health Team, based in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children in care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in child and adolescent mental health, with experience in direct work with children, assessments, and therapeutic interventions. They will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support their team members.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team providing mental health services to children in care
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve outcomes for looked-after children
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with Social Workers and other agencies

Our team works collaboratively to provide innovative services, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional development and career progression.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification or experience in child and adolescent mental health
  • Leadership and management experience, with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
