We are seeking a highly experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Child and Adolescent Mental Health.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical leadership to our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAMHS, with experience of working in a leadership role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to the CAMHS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality assurance activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognised qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP).
  • Significant experience of working in CAMHS, including experience of leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
