Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of systemic family therapy and its application in various settings. They will be responsible for:

  • Delivering assessment, care planning, and therapeutic interventions to children and families;
  • Consulting with colleagues to develop effective care plans;
  • Contributing to service improvement through quality assurance and service audit;
  • Leading on appropriate aspects of service delivery, including Clinical Governance and CPA;
  • Working collaboratively with the Specialist Intervention Team to deliver high-quality care.

Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
