At Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an experienced Family Health Care Professional to join our West Northants 0-19 Health Visiting Team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that families receive the care they need.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and will be committed to working within an integrated skill mix team. This includes Practice Teachers, Specialist School Nurses, and Community Nurses for the 0-19 team, Nursery Nurses, Healthy Child Practitioners, and School Nurse Assistants.

We offer a competitive salary of £43,041 - £58,414 per annum, plus additional benefits such as a relocation package up to £8,000, free parking on Trust Sites, Enterprise Car Pool Scheme, excellent learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, access to a generous pension scheme, health service discounts, annual leave plus bank holidays, and discounted Gym Membership.

As a Family Health Care Professional, your duties will include assessing the healthcare needs of infants, children, and families, monitoring safeguarding and child protection needs, being professionally accountable for the delivery of care, and utilising technology to update records as you go.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to create change and improve outcomes, tackling health inequalities for children in Northamptonshire. You will also have opportunities for professional development and growth within the Trust.
