We are seeking an experienced Family Support Specialist - Children and Families to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance in times of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of social need and risk to children, focusing on parental capacity and potential for change
  • Identify indicators of harm and risk, including physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, as well as neglect
  • Work collaboratively with families to develop strategies for improving child safety and well-being
  • Utilize reflective supervision, research, and guidance to maintain professional competence and seek advice when needed
  • Collaborate with senior staff and managers to ensure effective delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
  • Social Work England Registration
  • Knowledge of UK legislation relevant to children and families
  • Experience working with children, young people, and their families

Salary: up to £45,204 per annum
