Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Family Support and Development Manager to join our team at Northamptonshire Children's Trust. As a key member of our family support team, you will play a critical role in supporting vulnerable children and families.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote the welfare and safety of children and families. You will work closely with colleagues and partners to deliver high-quality family support services.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with children, young people, and their families
  • Assessing and planning interventions to support children and families
  • Working closely with other professionals and agencies to achieve positive outcomes for children
Requirements:
  • Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Post-qualified experience in family support and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Up to £6,000 recruitment bonus
  • Up to £8,000 towards relocation
  • Generous annual leave allowance of 28 days, plus 8 Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time)
