Business Expansion Manager

Mallory Partners Limited is a world-leader of franchise brands focused on repairing, maintaining and enhancing customers' homes and businesses. We are working with Drain Doctor, a market-leading national provider of emergency and planned drainage services through a franchised network of over 30 regional offices and 60 locations.
The successful Regional Business Development Manager will spearhead the expansion in the UK, shaping and growing new territories, managing day-to-day operations, and driving customer acquisition for our established premium brand.
Exeter based candidates are required with local travel as needed. The salary on offer is £65,000-£75,000 + benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Launch and expand new territories, hiring and managing teams, and driving strategic growth.
- Maximise sales opportunities and increase brand awareness within your region.
- Lead daily operations and ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
We are looking for a strong management professional with a growth-focused mindset, proven commercial skills within the drainage and plumbing sector, and strong business development, sales, and team leadership experience.
