Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the UK market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and executing a comprehensive business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a business growth strategy to drive revenue and expand our client's market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise owners and regional office managers
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field
* Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
