We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in Walsall, UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage services and be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer care skills, be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be IT literate.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers and business, and walking customers through the entire mortgage service. You will participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 (OTE) and a range of benefits, including superb training and development opportunities, uncapped commission, quality and loyalty bonus, and group discounts on property services.
