At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients, leveraging industry trends to inform client strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, while maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Business Development or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
