About the Role:

This Business Development Executive position involves working with existing clients to increase sales volumes, as well as generating new business leads through cold calls, social media, and networking activities. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer service presence, achieving sales targets, and updating the company's CRM system with all contacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong online presence using social media platforms
  • Research new markets and organisations to identify potential decision-makers
  • Create effective pipelines of activity to secure new business
  • Develop quality proposals and negotiate with customers over the telephone
  • Update the CRM system with all contacts
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A history of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000. In addition, we provide opportunities for career progression and professional development.
