Role Overview

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers and stakeholders to create employment opportunities for candidates on Adult programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target Planning: Plan and execute activities to meet or exceed monthly targets by managing and expanding caseloads, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on key industries, markets, organisations, and roles relevant to the programmes to identify decision-makers and market opportunities.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop quality presentations and quotes, negotiate with customers, and maintain persistence in sales efforts even in challenging market conditions.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow quality assurance and funding processes, maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, marketing platforms, and social media.

Requirements: We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
