Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills and experience the thrill of meeting targets and achieving success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold calls, networking, and social media engagement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies

Requirements
* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business development or account management role
* Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and tools
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting targets and deadlines
* UK driving license (valid)
