As an Industrial Business Growth Leader with Recruitment Pursuits Ltd, you will be responsible for driving business performance in a well-established Industrial & Logistics Branch. You will develop and implement a new sales strategy to support growth, delivering effective forecasting and budgeting to ensure business objectives are accomplished.
Key responsibilities include identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, setting and realising the team's strategy, and ensuring the highest possible quality standards are adhered to. The successful candidate will have past experience of developing and sustaining new business, mentoring a high-calibre sales team, and being commercially-focused, passionate, and responsive.
Requirements:- Educated to A-level standard
In return, you will receive a competitive salary (£60,000) plus a generous bonus structure.
