Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at The Ridings in Banbury.
Job PurposeAs a Care Assistant, you will provide dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes, and offer sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people's lives. You will also be a comforting and attentive listener.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical care and assistance to residents
- Support with daily living tasks and activities
- Build strong relationships based on understanding, trust, and genuine care
