Our purpose-built care home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire offers a supportive environment for our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and promoting independence.
We are committed to providing a high standard of care and support to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily routines, including getting dressed, staying active, and ensuring overall health and happiness.
You will work closely with our close-knit care team to promote the values and ethos of our home. Your dedication and passion for care will make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
- Empower Independence: Assist residents with their daily routines and encourage them to make positive choices.
- Personalized Care: Follow and support each resident's personalized care plan, providing hands-on help and thoughtful attention to their individual needs.
- Health and Wellbeing: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager, and helping with calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
- Champion Dignity: Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident, ensuring they feel valued and cared for in every interaction.
