About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Learning Disability Support Practitioner to join our team in Oxfordshire.


As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who have complex needs, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, including manual handling, personal care, and medication management.


You will also play a vital role in supporting individuals to engage in their community, developing their skills and independence through various activities and outings.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, and who has a strong commitment to upholding the values of kindness, diversity, positivity, and vision.

Requirements

  • Manual handling qualifications or experience
  • Full + intimate personal care experience
  • Ability to support individuals with complex needs, including those with dementia, epilepsy, and physical impairments
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
