Job Title: Learning & Development Specialist Location: Bicester - ONSITE

We are seeking an onsite Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Employee Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive development strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with HR and managers to pinpoint skill gaps and deliver tailored training programs.
Boost Performance Management: Partner with HR and managers to streamline performance reviews, objective setting, and development plans.
Coach leaders on effective techniques.
Lead Training Initiatives: Organise and deliver impactful training through workshops, e-learning, and external partners.
Use diverse learning methods and continually refine programs to maximise results.
Create Career Pathways: Design clear career advancement frameworks and support managers in facilitating career discussions and mentorship for employee growth.
Manage Apprenticeship Programs: Develop and oversee apprenticeship opportunities, providing guidance and monitoring progress.
Collaborate with schools and colleges to attract talent and promote programs.
Strengthen Employee Retention: Implement strategies to build a positive work culture and reduce turnover.
Leverage insights from exit interviews to boost employee satisfaction.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Learning & Development and employee training.
Demonstrated expertise in managing apprenticeship or training programmes.
A strong track record of designing and implementing employee development initiatives.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
