We are seeking a highly motivated Care Assistant to join our team in Harwell, supporting individuals with complex needs and empowering them to live independently.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care, with experience of supporting individuals with late-stage dementia diagnoses, epilepsy, and physical impairments.

This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy. You will also need to possess a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle, as public transport to our service is limited.

As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive community that values kindness, diversity, and positivity. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

The salary for this role is £15.00 per hour, rising to £16.00 from 1st October 2024, along with generous holidays and training opportunities.
