Residential Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant at Floryn House Care Home, you will be an integral part of our care team, working closely with our residents to promote their independence and wellbeing.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and support. You will assist with daily routines, including getting dressed, staying active, and ensuring overall health and happiness.
We value teamwork and communication, and our staff work together to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Our aim is to provide a high standard of care and support, and we rely on our Care Assistants to help us achieve this goal.
- Daily Routines: Assist residents with their daily routines, including getting dressed, staying active, and ensuring overall health and happiness.
- Personal Care: Provide hands-on help and thoughtful attention to each resident's individual needs.
- Health Monitoring: Keep a close eye on residents' health, communicating any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
Our Care Assistants receive training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care. We also offer a range of benefits, including onsite parking, paid DBS, and uniform provided.
