The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Williams Place in Didcot. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and assistance with daily living activities.

About the Job:

As a Senior Resident Care Coordinator, you will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care that meets their unique needs and preferences. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting regular assessments and reviews to identify individual care requirements
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Providing hands-on support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assisting with housekeeping and domestic tasks
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues and providing escort services as needed
  • Booking appointments and arranging transportation

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a care or support environment
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
