Job Description

My client, AIBO RECRUITMENT LTD, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive/Appointment Maker to join a fast-paced office within the material handling industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company through cold calling and Telesales.

The candidate must be self-motivated and exceptionally target-driven. You will be the first point of contact for all new customers, including inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email, and market research.
  • Fact finding with the customer to arm the ASM with the right tools to deliver the best solution from meeting 1.
  • Track and report on pipeline with sales team.
  • Meeting/exceeding KPIs and targets to meet business demands.
  • Liaise with ASMs within business regarding opportunities.
  • Successfully deliver new opportunities to ASMs.

Requirements:

  • Technical ability with Microsoft and CRMS.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong communicator and ability to convey new ideas clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
