About the Role

AIBO RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fast-paced office within the material handling industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company through cold calling and sales.

The candidate must be self-motivated and exceptionally target-driven, with the ability to react and think on their feet as each day throws up new and interesting challenges.

You will be the first point of contact for all new customers, including inbound inquiries, and will work closely with other departments to source and resolve issues efficiently for the customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, market research, and other sales strategies.
  • Fact-find with customers to arm our sales team with the right tools to deliver the best solution from meeting one.
  • Track and report on pipeline with the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and targets to meet business demands.
  • Liaise with our sales team regarding opportunities.
  • Successfully deliver new opportunities to our sales team.
Requirements
  • Technical ability with Microsoft and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey new ideas clearly.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
