Job Description

Our client, a leading company in the material handling industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive/Appointment Maker to join their fast-paced office.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company through cold calling and Telesales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, market research, and business development.
  • Fact finding with customers to arm the Account Sales Manager with the right tools to deliver the best solution.
  • Track and report on pipeline with the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to meet business demands.
  • Liaise with Account Sales Managers regarding opportunities.
  • Successfully deliver new opportunities to Account Sales Managers.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Requirements:
  • Technical ability with Microsoft and CRM systems.
  • Strong communicator and ability to convey new ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business development and sales skills.
