The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company through cold calling and sales.
The candidate must be self-motivated and exceptionally target-driven, with the ability to react and think on their feet as each day throws up new and interesting challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, market research, and sales efforts.
- Fact finding with customers to arm the sales team with the right tools to deliver the best solution.
- Track and report on pipeline with the sales team.
- Meeting/exceeding KPIs and targets to meet business demands.
- Liaise with sales team members regarding opportunities.
- Successfully deliver new opportunities to the sales team.
We are looking for someone to help form this role into a successful position with their own way of working and ideas aligned with our standards and targets.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical ability with Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Self-motivation, goal orientation, and results-driven attitude.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey new ideas clearly.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
