The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company through cold calling and Telesales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, market research, and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, tracking and reporting on pipeline progress with the sales team.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Account Sales Managers to deliver new opportunities and drive business growth.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM systems.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Competitive Salary: £26,000.00 per annum (35k + OTE).
- Benefits Package: Free onsite parking, electric charge points, Workplace Pension Scheme, and Health Insurance (following completion of 6 month probation).
