Job Title: Associate/Regional Director

We're AtkinsRéalis, a world-leading design, engineering, and project management organization. Our Project & Programme Services team delivers on prestigious construction projects across the world, connecting people, data, and technology to transform infrastructure and energy systems.

As a key member of our national commercial and procurement leadership team, you'll lead the talented regional team across Commercial & Procurement in Scotland. Your role involves delivering work with existing and new clients, managing a growing team in Scotland based out of our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Commercial and Procurement Leadership team to define our strategy and future aspirations for Scotland and the UK.
  2. Direct the sub-sector teams on implementing the strategy and work with the operational business on delivery.
  3. Lead team engagement, care, and management.
  4. Work closely with the operational business on direction and strategy.
  5. Review and assess performance of our people and support the operational business in driving efficiency across the region.

Requirements:

  1. Strong and proven infrastructure experience, notably for Defence, Water, Energy, Local Transport, Rail, or Highways projects.
  2. Proven track record in effective management of diverse teams, either at discipline level or on major/complex commissions or projects, for major clients, including maximising performance and confidently dealing with performance-related issues.
