**Job Description:**

As a Care Coordinator in our Vodafone UK Consumer team, you will play a critical role in resolving complex customer complaints. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.

You will be responsible for investigating and reviewing cases, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful resolutions. Your ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent customer service is crucial.
