Customer Experience Role

We are looking for a skilled Complaint Resolution Professional to join our team at Davies. As a Customer Insights Specialist, you will play a vital role in analyzing customer data and feedback to improve our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and patterns in customer satisfaction and claim outcomes.
  • Collate and present data insights and make recommendations to key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations management team to provide meaningful insights and feedback to drive a deeper understanding of customer expectations and behaviors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes or initiatives, providing timely updates to the business as our customer journey evolves.
Requirements
  • Experience in a reporting/analytical or similar role, preferably within a customer support environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data in a clear and concise manner.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000, depending on experience. Davies also offers a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, life assurance, and a cycle to work scheme.
