Care Coordinator Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our Vodafone UK Consumer team. As a dynamic global community, we empower our employees to achieve great things.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex customer complaints and utilizing your natural curiosity, tenacity, active listening, and relationship building skills to investigate, review and resolve cases.
You will work closely with high-profile internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful complaint resolutions. Your ability to make informed decisions while keeping customers at the heart of everything you do is essential.
This role involves working approximately 6-10 cases at a time, using your active listening and relationship building skills to connect with customers and resolve their issues.
