At Talent Finder Jobs, we're seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a dynamic and proactive attitude, and a desire to improve working practices. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits and credits, as well as good knowledge of Excel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process daily bank reconciliations for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage company payments, bank account changes, and ensure timely authorization
  • Post bank payments, including inter-company transactions, with precision and care
  • Process cash expenses, credit card statements, and costing journals with meticulous attention
  • Issue and reconcile petty cash, maintaining a clear audit trail
  • Manage reward vouchers and assist with payroll payments and payslip issuance
  • Support Management Accountants and Finance Manager as required, providing valuable administrative assistance

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £23,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
