Administrative Support Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Coordinator to provide dedicated support to our Senior Leadership Team. This role will involve delivering a wide range of administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering excellent administrative services.
Main Duties:
- Providing efficient clerical and administrative support, including diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments, and maintaining internal databases.
- Preparing regular reports and presentations, and answering and redirecting phone calls.
- Maintaining the department inbox, updating office policies and procedures, and handling queries from managers and employees.
Requirements:
- A proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Strong team player orientation, with cooperative and willing to assist others.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator, with influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well-organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing demands.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
