Financial Services Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our team as a Charge Card Program Administrator.
Main Responsibilities:
- Train and advise cardholders on state and university policies, procedures, and systems.
- Develop auditing and tracking tools for internal and external use.
- Assist in strategizing and carrying out OPS short-term and long-term goals.
- Administer terminations and dispute resolution processes.
- Support the Commonwealth's SWaM procurement requirements.
- Provide advisory services and training to university department staff on purchasing policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with coursework in business administration, procurement, audit, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of charge card administration experience in a public sector environment or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Virginia Contracting Associate (VCA) certification preferred or the ability to obtain within one year of employment.
