As an Enterprise Oracle Applications Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering ERP applications. Your expertise will be utilized to set up and maintain application security, assignment of responsibilities and roles, and ensuring appropriate database setup and security decisions are made in collaboration with the Database Administrator. You will also assist in the installation of ERP applications on user PCs and perform system analysis including requirements definition, conceptual/detail design, conversion/implementation planning, system administration, and system documentation. Additionally, you will develop functional expertise of organizational units supported, develop custom functionality utilizing PL/SQL and Oracle Applications Framework including JDeveloper, and ensure Agile Principles are followed within the team to increase speed and quality of delivery and improve alignment across projects.
Job Requirements
Considerable knowledge and experience with Oracle Applications Framework including applications development and systems analysis, design, and application problem resolution and support; and technical knowledge of automated financial systems such as general ledger (GL), accounts payable (AP), Accounts receivables (AR), human resources (HR), Windows operating systems, Oracle databases and commands, and system processes and production workflows are essential. Demonstrated ability to define user requirements, design and develop solutions, and ensure technical documentation is completed and maintained, to provide ongoing technical support, design, documentation, and implementation of various workflow processes and solutions for Oracle EBS application, to set up and maintain application security, responsibilities and roles, to provide communication on change management, and ongoing maintenance, to coordinate between clients and internal Information Technology enterprise support to ensure compliance, to actively communicate with internal team members, management and end users, to work independently and interact effectively in a team environment, and to communicate and interact effectively with management, users, information technology personnel, and vendors in English both orally and in writing is required.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 per year, paid leave starting on day one, and other benefits available to Commonwealth of Virginia Employees, including excellent health insurance, membership in the Virginia Retirement System, deferred compensation, and more. The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
