About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Architecture to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd.

This role involves leading the technology transformation programme, focusing on reducing complexity and promoting standardisation across our technology systems.

The successful candidate will oversee the technical architecture, including infrastructure and network solution design, ensuring all IT services operate on a secure, flexible, and scalable foundation.

Key Requirements
  • Extensive experience autonomously leading and owning the enterprise architecture of a significant applications estate, including ERP strategy and design.
  • Proven track record of application strategy and rationalisation of core processes into a corporate set of agreed company standard applications.
  • Strong communicator with good leadership qualities, able to articulate strategic and operational aspects of information technology and security to technical and non-technical people.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered, along with 25 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays, PMI Cover: Family, up to 8% matched pension, company share save scheme, exclusive employee discount platform, and access to a full wellbeing centre platform.
