Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to join our team as a Territory Account Executive. As a key member of our Public Sector Education business, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts and account strategies within a defined territory comprising existing Salesforce clients and greenfield prospects.

This role requires a strong understanding of the Education market and Public Sector selling experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business, developing and growing relationships at the C Level, and operating in a successful team selling methodology.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $130,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses, and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans to drive sales growth within the defined territory, leveraging the entire Salesforce Customer 360 portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at IT, Business, and Executive Leadership levels to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, and Executives, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the territory patch aligned with customer business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in the Education market or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Public Sector and ability to navigate complex decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment, with a strong emphasis on results-driven performance.
