**Job Description:** Territory Sales and Account Management Lead

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales and Account Management Lead to join our team at Nationwide Specialist Services (NSS). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across a defined territory.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

About Us:** NSS is a specialist services supplier, offering a range of services including building maintenance, window and technical cleaning, and platform hire.

Your Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive sales growth across a defined territory through proactive sales and account management
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Promote the NSS brand to existing and new customers, increasing awareness and loyalty

Requirements:*

  • A Level calibre with very good verbal and written presentation skills
  • Sales and/or Account Development experience essential with the ability to understand large complex FM or Property Management companies
  • Resilient and persistent, able to establish a credible profile with customers and within NSS
