Senior Sales Manager for UK Territory

Company Overview: Samtec is a leading manufacturer of connectors in the electromechanical components market, with over 40 sales locations and 12 production sites worldwide.
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our UK Territory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales within geographic locations, developing sales channels, and managing a small professional sales team based across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales issues in geographic territories as assigned.
- Lead, manage, develop, and support the UK sales team.
- Develop and monitor top accounts.
- Conduct sales calls visiting top accounts as required.
- Sales training: Train, monitor, and evaluate individual performance and recommend enhancements to Sales Management.
- Travel throughout the region as needed.
Requirements: Proven track record in a previous role with experience in leading a remote, professional sales team. Extensive experience within the electronics industry or hardware sales/hardware engineering is also an essential requirement.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
