Sales Territory Manager

At Align Technology, we're seeking a seasoned Sales Territory Manager to join our global team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Home Counties, Oxfordshire, and Hertfordshire regions. With a focus on digital transformation, you'll work closely with Specialist Orthodontists to implement innovative clear aligner solutions, enhancing patient satisfaction and practitioner success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a defined sales territory to grow the business and onboard new high-potential accounts
- Challenging doctors to modernize and grow their businesses through digital technology implementation
- Developing and executing a territory plan based on account potential analysis
- Creating and executing account plans for highest-potential accounts, leveraging deep understanding of their business goals, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of equivalent experience
- Analytical and business planning skills, with ability to own and plan activities in your territory
- Comfortable having business discussions around cash flow analysis, ROI, and P&L, as well as asking relevant business questions
- A desire to work in a high-performance team
- B2B sales experience
- Industry experience selling medical devices, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B products preferred but not required
