The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and team management. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for developing initiatives for growth and optimization of the profit and loss statement (P&L) to meet financial targets.

  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies for growth and optimization of the P&L.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve overall objectives.
  • Commercial Risk Management: Define and execute an effective strategy for commercial risk, ensuring all contractual requirements and KPIs are met.
