Opportunity Overview

Active Care Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Neuro Care Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people aged 12-18 with diagnosed mental health conditions, providing support and guidance to promote independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will be required to work every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients in their rehabilitation programs, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Flexible and professional approach to multi-site working
  • Proven reliability in attendance and timekeeping

  • An estimated salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
